Coming downtown to enjoy the St. Patrick's Day Parade? Step into the Cleveland Public Library (Main Branch) on Superior and MANGO at 12 pm before the parade! Sip a green mango smoothie and spin the prize wheel, all while being introduced to the easiest and most effective way to learn foreign languages.
